Terms of Use

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of Challengers, operated by Edoardo Tribulato in the United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using Challengers, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

Challengers currently has no minimum-age restriction. We do not collect dates of birth or use an age-verification service.

Users are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the security of their accounts, and using the application responsibly.

Parents or guardians with questions or requests concerning a child’s information should contact support@jointhechallenge.app.

2. Fitness and safety

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Exercise can cause injury. Assess your condition, choose suitable activities, stop if you experience pain or discomfort, and seek professional advice where appropriate. Challengers is a social fitness service, not medical advice or professional supervision.

3. Challenges and progress

Users create or join challenges with defined activities, goals, dates, schedules and optional informal rewards. By joining, you accept the displayed challenge rules. Activity is self-reported and should be recorded honestly. Results can change when records are corrected.

4. Informal rewards

Participants may agree to lawful informal rewards among themselves. Challengers does not collect payments, hold funds, enforce rewards or resolve reward disputes. Participants are responsible for the legality, safety and fulfilment of their arrangements.

5. Content and conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Challengers permission to store, process and display it as needed to operate the service and share it with authorized participants. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate or exploit others; publish unlawful, abusive or infringing content; falsify activities; violate privacy; compromise security; or encourage dangerous, coercive or unlawful behavior. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, subject to applicable law.

6. Privacy and deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains collection, use, sharing, retention and deletion. You can delete your account from the app’s account settings.

7. Availability and liability

Challengers is provided on an as-available basis. Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use, inaccurate self-reported activity or participant disputes. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect service or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated where required. Updates do not retroactively change challenge rules already accepted by participants.

9. Apple licence

Use of Challengers downloaded through Apple’s App Store is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
